ProTour and ProTourSQL The most comprehensive
tour management software product on the market today. Whether your needs are taking
reservations, processing receivables and payables, printing documentation, tracking
inventory, running financial or marketing reports, ProTour handles it all with ease.
IProTour The Internet reservation booking engine for ProTour or
ProTourSQL. iProTour allows travel agents and individuals to book tours, check the
status of their reservations, and post payments to their reservations over the internet
with a live connection to ProTour or ProTourSQL. The connection displays real-time
pricing and inventory while the user makes their own reservation. The iProTour booking
engine also allows your clients to check their reservations, confirmation status,
balances due, and other aspects of reservations that you want to allow your clients
to see.
Other interfaces to our products we offer are:
ProCharge It is the credit card processing system interface for
ProTour or ProTourSQL. It is a seamless way to enter Credit Card information into
ProTour or ProTourSQL and it automatically verifies and charges the credit card.
The information is saved in the database and with your merchant software. The interface
works with either ICVerify or Verisign software.
CRS interface The CRS Interface allows the user to book airline
reservations in their CRS through ProTour or ProTourSQL.

You can store the private bulk net airfares in the database and when purchasing
your ticket the interface will search for the date, type of seat and number of seats
you are looking for. It will charge the price of the ticket you entered in the database.

If you have your private bulk net airfares built outside of the database the interface
can search for these contracts through our quick add screen and bring the rate information
back into the software.
Either way the PNR and itinerary will be saved and stored in both ProTour or ProTourSQL
and your CRS system.
Customization of reports Some customers will find that they require
more reports out of ProTour or ProTourSQL then we offer. There are over 100 of them
that come with the system however some companies feel that they want more and will
pay to have the software done to give them the additional information they are requiring.
