One of the main goals for InfoTree is to help our customers succeed in their business. Part of this commitment involves the highest quality in support and service.
With your license we offer a one-week comprehensive training at our corporate headquarters. Once the training has been completed then an Account Representative will be assigned to the account and will follow it through the implementation to “going live”. All our support personal are available to help out if you have a problem with the software or questions relating to it and how it can be used better to operate your business. There is one person in our office that will be available throughout the process to monitor the database and make suggestions as you implement the software.
If additional training needs to be done or if you would like to have a private training for your company, this can be arranged, however, there will be an additional cost. The following are some of our FAQ regarding our product. If you find the FAQ area or our manual doesn’t answer your question, please send an email to us and have a print screen with description of what your issue is and how it happened.
